Playpens must be stable and solid with not more than two wheels at one extremity.
The sides must be at least 48 cm (19 in) high.
If the sides are made of mesh, the mesh must be very fine so that clothing, buttons, or fasteners dont get hooked.
The edges must not be rough or sharp.
The hinges must be designed so as not to allow pinching or the playpen accidentally folding.
There should not be any holes large enough to allow little fingers to get into.
All small parts must be attached securely.
